Most days lately: mornings on my own product (self-healing agents and the evals to prove they hold up), afternoons on Tessera, benchmarking it against the top memory providers, and evenings deep in how GPU inference works.
Saying no to more things and shipping fewer, better ones. Trying to keep the loop between thought and artifact as short as possible.
